About Jennifer Lee
Ms Jennifer Lee was principal of her own Montessori kindergarten for 11 years before adopting methods aimed at helping children struggling with dyslexia. In the 2000s, she travelled to the US to acquire first-hand skills to help students deal with mathematics anxiety, dyslexia, and handwriting challenges.
In her over 25 years of private practice, she has helped hundreds of children from local and international mainstream schools in Singapore. She had also assisted students from Hong Kong and London who came to Singapore during their holidays. While in the US, Jennifer ran numerous Math Camps in San Francisco.
Jennifer completed her Bachelor in Special Education from Flinders University in 2005, and in 2014, she obtained her Master’s in Special and Inclusive Education from the Institute of Education, University College London.
Whilst in London, Jennifer set up and trained volunteers for a Math program for a low-income, high-crime area of London in the United Kingdom.
Interests
In her free time, she volunteers as a museum guide in Singapore when she is not absorbed in her favorite pastime, sketching.
Our Programs
Cognitive Connections offers educational therapy, intervention and remedial programs to help children with dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia and ADHD in reading and math activities.
